 At Dream Notes, we aim to ensure your fragrance orders reach you swiftly and smoothly. We provide nationwide shipping across Pakistan, partnering with trusted courier services for reliable delivery.

Customer orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after placement. Delivery times can vary based on your location, with most destinations in Pakistan receiving their orders within 3-5 business days.

Key Points:
- As the order is placed by customer, you will receive an invoice on the provided Email and Whatsapp number / Contact as order confirmation along with the tacking number of your package.
- Customer can tracking their order status by clicking on tracking number of our courier service provider.
- Cash on delivery (CoD) orders will be cancelled if they are not confirmed by customer within 3 days of order placement.
- We reserve the rights to cancel the orders anytime before the order is processed, Reasons can be: Out of stock inventory, technical issues or pricing.

Delivery within Pakistan:
- 3-5 working days after dispatch.
- During sale period, orders may be delivered in 5-7 working days.
